Important Notice: Real Fathers For Justice (RFFJ) is a UK Based Campaign Group, and is not affiliated with Fathers 4 Justice (F4J) UK or its founder Matt O'Connor. The F4J logo and name are trademarks and copyrights belonging the the named individual and due to legal threats has lead to this campaign group having to change names and logo's. Real Fathers For Justice does have associations with F4J(R)US in the US who have also been threatened with prosecution and copyright infringement attempts. RFFJ continues to engage in publicity stunts and awareness activities whilst building no nonsense dialogue and constructive debate to help challenge and highlight the current failing Family Policies and associated Laws. We work with many other likeminded groups to maximise our campaign strength and efficiency. We do not litigate against other groups, we unite with them to fight and focus on our campaign objectives. This is the RealF4J (RFFJ) you are welcome to join us. Not a copycat group, but the real group worth dedicating your valuable time and energy to. New F4J is a separate group recently formed by members of one reincarnated F4J after Matt O'Connor disbanded that group for the 3rd (final?)  time. We actively encourage our members and supporters to do all they can to support other groups with the same or similar aims, and welcome participation is protests, lobbying and  awareness that helps progress the campaign cause.

During March/April 2010 F4J report that the campaign group is re-forming, and is currently making further attempts to close down any group claiming to be Fathers for Justice, once again threatening to further fracture and dilute the campaign efforts, by treating this campaign as a commercial trademarked venture. Please do not fall victim to the commercialisation of this campaign, as your efforts will not be rewarded. One man who holds the copyrights and trademarks for a logo and brand name do not own this parenting campaign group founded by genuine people with a real passion to attack the injustice.
