Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership only applies to those who have paid the full membership fee.
2. All memberships are for a 12 month period only.
3. Real Fathers For Justice reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event that a member breaches our terms and conditions.
4. No refunds will be applicable in the event of a membership being terminated or withdrawn by the member.
5. Members have a duty of loyalty and confidentiality to Real Fathers For Justice, and are expected to act in a professional, disciplined manner, upholding our commitment to peaceful non violent direct action.
6. The use of any bad language, personal attacks, sexist, racist or offensive behaviour that could bring Real Fathers For Justice into disrepute, may result in the termination of your membership.
7. All local action must be approved by the direct action committee.
8. Any complaints must be made via the directors in the first instance or your local coordinator.
9. No member will be permitted to make collections of monies using the Real Fathers For Justice name solely for their own gain.
10. No member will act as an official representative of Real Fathers For Justice, unless authorised to do so by the management or directors.
11. Some information about you may be held on computer, for the running of Real Fathers For Justice. Your contact details may be shared with regional coordinators. Your information will not be passed onto any third parties.
