Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Full Membership only applies to those who have paid the full membership fee.

2. Associate Members/Supporters are included on the membership database for updates and news letters, but not granted full member access to online resources.

3. All memberships are for a 12 month period only, with the exception of Lifetime Membership which is a one-off payment.

4. Real Fathers For Justice reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event that a member breaches our terms and conditions.

5. No refunds will be applicable in the event of a membership being terminated or withdrawn by the member.

6. Members have a duty of loyalty and confidentiality to Real Fathers For Justice, and are expected to act in a professional, disciplined manner, upholding our commitment to peaceful non-violent direct action.

7. The use of any bad language, personal attacks, sexist, racist or offensive behaviour that could bring Real Fathers For Justice into disrepute, may result in the termination of your membership.

8. All local action must be approved by the direct action committee. This include the concept or design of banners and flyers, so that we maintain a consistent look and feel for the campaign.

9. Any complaints must be made via the directors in the first instance or your local coordinator.

10. No member will be permitted to make collections of monies using the Real Fathers For Justice name solely for their own gain.

11. No member will act as an official representative of Real Fathers For Justice, unless authorised to do so by the management or directors.

12. Some information about you may be held on computer, for the running of Real Fathers For Justice. Your contact details may be shared with regional coordinators. Your information will not be passed onto any third parties unless you expressly permit this.

13. We do not retain any financial account details of members.

14. We always endeavour to maintain our members anonymity given the sensitive nature of members personal situations and possible requirements for family law case privacy.

15. In the unlikely event of data loss, or theft of membership details we will notify members of the breach.
